Us

The Harbor Inn is located in a semi-residential area one block east of the picturesque Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and walking distance to Twin Lakes State Beach, the gateway to the Monterey Bay Sanctuary.

The 2-story suites offer loft bedrooms with sloped ceilings, plus kitchenettes and living rooms with futons. Framed by a white picket fence, our property has gardens and a lawn with chairs. Internet access is also available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Transient Occupancy Tax and Tourism Marketing Assessment will be added to all room rates.
  • Rates based on single or double occupancy.
  • Children under 16 stay free in parent’s room.
  • Additional guest $10 per person.
  • Parking is limited to one vehicle per guest room.
  • Guaranteed check in time is anytime after 3pm. Check out is 11 am.

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. If we are unable to hold funds on your credit card 48 hours prior to your arrival, your reservation will be cancelled without notification.

  • Room reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
  • 2-night minimum on Saturdays may be required.
  • Edgewater Beach Inn offers accommodations year-round. ‘Peak season’ is defined as the period between and including Memorial Day and Labor Day each year. During ‘peak season,’ guests are limited to staying at Edgewater Beach Inn for no more than a total period of fifteen (15) days/fourteen (14) nights, taken consecutively or otherwise.
  • A guest who does not check out on or before the check-out time of 11am on his/her day of departure will be charged $50 for every hour he/she is running late. At the end of the lodging period, guests must surrender the property in as good condition as the property was in at the beginning of the lodging period, normal wear and tear excepted. A guest is responsible for all damage to the property caused by him/her, his/her family, and/or other invitees. A guest’s credit card on file with Edgewater Beach Inn will automatically be charged for any missing or damaged items.
